Generation change at Brose
At Brose The Supervisory Board and the shareholders' meeting will Generation change has been completed. As the Coburg-based automotive supplier recently reported, Michael Stoschek will hand over the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE to Dr Rolf Breidenbach on 1 May of this year.
Maximilian Stoschek will also become Chairman of the shareholders' meeting and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Michael Stoschek was first Managing Partner for around 35 years and then Chairman of the Shareholders' Meeting for 18 years. He is the grandson of company founder Max Brose.
According to the company's press release, Michael Stoschek stated at the Supervisory Board meeting on 22 April 2024 in Coburg: „I am delighted that these changes mean that the generational change in the management of our family business is now complete.“
