New CEO at DHL Supply Chain North America

Change of leadership to shape a secure future

DHL Supply Chain has announced a change at global management level. As of July 01, 2024, Patrick Kelleher will become CEO of DHL Supply Chain in North America.

According to the information provided, the global logistics landscape is changing very quickly. Economic changes and geopolitical conflicts are creating both new challenges and new opportunities. The restructuring at management level should position the company well in the industry in the future.

Oscar de Bok, CEO of DHL Supply Chain, explains: "The new board members will support us with their diverse perspectives and leadership experience in optimizing our operations, tapping into new markets, implementing innovative digitalization solutions, and developing future-proof strategies for our continued success."

About Kelleher

Kelleher has been with the DHL Group since 1992 and currently holds the position of Global Chief Development Officer. With the change in leadership, he follows in the footsteps of Scott Sureddin, who will retire after almost 20 years with the DHL Group.

According to the information provided, Kelleher was responsible for the further development and growth of the division.

With Surredin, DHL Supply Chain's business in North America has doubled and is expected to continue to grow in the future thanks to Kelleher.

New appointments to various positions

The role of Chief Development Officer will be taken over by Markus Voss from July 1, 2024. His current position is that of Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer. He will also remain on the Global Board of Management of DHL Supply Chain. Voss has been particularly involved in the standardization and implementation of new technologies, automation solutions and robotics. In the future, he will be responsible for the development of the business units as well as overseeing the Service Logistics and Solutions Design teams and all strategic growth products.

Sally Miller, currently Chief Information Officer for North America and Global Digital Transformation Officer, will take up the position of Global Chief Information Officer from July 1, 2024.

Mauricio Barros, currently Senior Vice President of Global Operations for DHL Supply Chain, will assume the role of Global Chief Operations Officer as of July 1, 2024.

Both will be part of the division's Global Executive Board.
