Duisport industrial solutions takes over Breeze Industrial Packing GmbH
According to information from the duisport Group, Breeze Industrial Packing GmbH, a company specializing in transport, logistics and seaworthy packaging, will be fully acquired by the packaging group duisport industrial solutions (dis). Alexander Fuchs will act as sole managing director. This is seen as a strong statement by the duisport Group for the Hamburg location. This integration will enable the duisport Group to expand its service portfolio and range of services.
Lars Nennhaus, duisport Executive Board member, explains: "This means that we can also offer the complete service portfolio of our packaging group at our important Hamburg location with an excellent team in addition to customized solutions in the field of industrial goods packaging and industrial logistics."
According to the press release, the change of name is also accompanied by the modernization of the entire external image of Breeze Industrial Packing GmbH, including a change of logo. The previous general terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of sale and delivery will remain unchanged. The company will also continue to operate as before.
