Basis for sustainability management
Sabrina Müller, Head of Global Sustainability at the S. Oliver Group, says of the importance of sustainability: "Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate values and our self-image. We want to make our contribution, provide impetus and advocate for positive change, above and beyond legal requirements."
According to her statements, Müller is convinced that circular business models not only offer sustainable solutions, but can also open up new sales potential. Müller also says that continuous reporting is the basis for successful and credible sustainability management.

Regular reporting in the future
S. Oliver emphasizes that it started early - even before the obligation under the European Directive (CSRD) - with comprehensive sustainability reporting. The company has always been in favour of harmonized legislation throughout the EU. It also sees mandatory sustainability reporting as an opportunity for a sustainable industry.
The family-owned company says it will report annually on the progress of its sustainability activities in future. The next sustainability report is due to be published in 2025.
