Die Ausgangssituation war von gewachsenen Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen ohne regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Preisverhandlungen gepr\u00e4gt; besondere Anforderungen an Flexibilit\u00e4t, Airlines, Routings und Laufzeiten erh\u00f6hten zus\u00e4tzlich die Komplexit\u00e4t. Ziel war es, Transparenz \u00fcber Daten und Anforderungen zu schaffen, die Komplexit\u00e4t durch die Trennung tenderf\u00e4higer Regelrelationen von Ad-hoc-Relationen zu reduzieren und Kosten durch eine strukturierte Splittung des Volumens auf mehrere Dienstleister zu senken. Wir f\u00fchrten Experten-Interviews zur Erfassung von Ist-Daten und Serviceanforderungen durch, holten Angebote von \u00fcber 90 Spediteuren mit unterschiedlichen Kernkompetenzen ein und erstellten Szenarien mit volumen- und lane-spezifischer Aufteilung (inkl. Incoterms) sowie klarer Bemessungsgrundlage f\u00fcr die Vergabe.
