Our client from the CEP and logistics sector faced the challenge of optimising freight costs \u2013 despite significant capacity bottlenecks and rising prices in the CEP market. At the same time, there was a lack of transparency regarding data, requirements, and existing services, which made targeted cost control difficult.<\/p>\n

The project's objective was to sustainably reduce costs, examine various optimisation approaches such as reseller\/parent accounts or tenders, and question service necessities. Furthermore, modern solutions like tracking & tracing and dashboard tools were to be implemented to ensure lasting transparency and
