Our customer KIK, a leading non-food discounter with around 4,000 stores in Europe, has a consistently high demand for store construction materials due to ongoing rebranding measures and expansion. At the same time, there was the challenge of making procurement costs and processes more efficient.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project was to establish global sourcing, optimise the purchasing strategy with regard to new expansion areas, and review existing purchasing and contract
