Our client from the automotive industry faced the challenge of optimising high special freight costs. Many time-critical transports were managed decentrally, numerous different service providers were used, and there was a lack of a specialist for special journeys. At the same time, cost transparency was insufficient.<\/p>\n

The aim was to create transparency regarding the data basis, requirements, and costs. Costs were to be reduced by consolidating service providers with the help of a central specialist for special journeys. Additionally, a KPI system for runtime and cost controlling was to be established to continuously measure and manage
