Originally, classic print processes were used, which were not adapted to new technologies such as personalisation, automation and multichannel. Furthermore, different hourly rates and qualifications of the involved agencies and service providers led to high costs and long processing times.<\/p>\n<p>The goal was to reduce costs per layout, increase productivity, and create an efficient, semi-automated workflow.
