Generation change at Brose<\/h2>\n

At Brose<\/a> The Supervisory Board and the shareholders' meeting will Generation change<\/strong> has been completed. As the Coburg-based automotive supplier recently reported, Michael Stoschek will hand over the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE to Dr Rolf Breidenbach on 1 May of this year. <\/p>\n

Maximilian Stoschek will also become Chairman of the shareholders' meeting and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n

Michael Stoschek was first Managing Partner for around 35 years and then Chairman of the Shareholders' Meeting for 18 years. He is the grandson of company founder Max Brose.<\/p>\n

According to the company's press release, Michael Stoschek stated at the Supervisory Board meeting on 22 April 2024 in Coburg: \u201eI am delighted that these changes mean that the generational change in the management of our family business is now complete.\u201c<\/p>\n
