Private equity firm Mutares acquires Fischer Automotive Systems<\/h2>\n

Fischer<\/a> sells his Automotive division<\/strong>. The investment company Mutares will take over Fischer Automotive Systems GmbH & Co. KG from Fischerwerke. <\/p>\n

In a press release, Fischer speaks of a groundbreaking decision for the automotive division. The corporate group, known for its fasteners, further explains that the situation in the automotive industry has become increasingly difficult, especially for suppliers. According to further explanations from Fischer, automotive suppliers need a certain size for economic success. For this reason, the family-owned company sees the acquisition of Fischer Automotive by Mutares as the best solution for the automotive division.<\/p>\n

According to Fischer, Mutares has an international network and generates \u20ac2.5 billion in revenue in the automotive sector.<\/p>\n
