To this end, the Leverkusen-based pharmaceutical and agrochemical company has entered into a collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/kloepfel-consulting.com\/en\/supply-chain-news\/unternehmen\/wettbewerb-nrw-wirtschaft-wandel-5319386\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Papacks<\/a> started. The Cologne-based packaging manufacturer recently reported on this in the form of a press release.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the <em>fibre-based packaging<\/em> will be used for some of Bayer's Consumer Health Division products in the future. For Bayer, this should be a step in the direction of using 100 per cent of the packaging of its self-care products for the <a href=\"https:\/\/kloepfel-consulting.com\/en\/supply-chain-news\/supply-chain\/besondere-bedeutung-kreislaufwirtschaft-modernes-industrieland-2706803\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Circular economy<\/a> and are recyclable or reusable by 2023.<\/p>\n<h3>Biodegradable, based on cellulose<\/h3>\n<p>The cooperation between Bayer and Papacks aims to develop biodegradable, cellulose-based packaging made from responsible new fibres. The moulded pulp technology from Papacks will be used, according to the packaging manufacturer's press release.
