Logistics expert takes over leadership of Strategy & Transformation at Otto Group<\/h2>\n

With the Otto Group<\/a> The position of Head of Strategy will be newly filled on 1 October 2024. Olaf Schabirosky will then take over the management of the Strategy & Transformation division at the Hamburg-based retail group.<\/p>\n

The position was vacant following the death of Christoph Schulte, who held the post of Head of Strategy until the summer.<\/p>\n

Many years of experience with the Otto Group<\/h3>\n

According to the company, Olaf Schabirosky has worked for the Otto Group for many years. He has held various positions there.<\/p>\n

Since 2014, Schabirosky has been Logistics<\/strong> at Hermes Germany <\/a>The Otto Group reports in its press release that he played a key role in shaping it. Schabirosky was CFO and Chief Digital Officer there and continued to advance. In 2018, he became CEO of Hermes Germany.<\/p>\n

Petra Scharner-Wolff, who will be CEO of the Otto Group from March 2025, says: \u201eWith Olaf Schabirosky, we have gained a multifaceted retail and logistics expert with in-depth knowledge of the Group.\u201c<\/p>\n

New CEO at Hermes Germany<\/h3>\n

Dennis Kollmann will succeed Olaf Schabirosky at Hermes Germany. He will take over the position of CEO of Hermes Germany from 1st October this year. Kollmann currently works at Hermes Germany as CSO. Kollmann has a long career with the German Hermes Group, writes the Otto Group.<\/p>\n
