Takeover of Isoplus by Viessmann Generations Group<\/h2>\n

The Viessmann Generations Group<\/a> (Viessmann for short) takes over the Isoplus Group (Isoplus).<\/p>\n

The family-owned company, founded in 1917, originally known as a heating manufacturer and now broadly positioned, is thus acquiring a supplier of pre-insulated pipework. According to Viessmann's press release, Isoplus previously belonged to the investment company Egeria.<\/p>\n

The Investment<\/strong> underlines Viessmann's ongoing commitment to advancing the energy transition by strengthening the infrastructure to promote decarbonisation in Europe. According to the press release, the transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust and investment control authorities.<\/p>\n

Sustainable local and district heating distribution<\/h3>\n

According to Viessmann, the Isoplus Group manufactures pre-insulated pipes for sustainable local and district heating distribution. According to the press release, these pipes can be used to integrate renewable energy sources - such as solar energy, wind, biomass and waste heat - into existing and newly created district heating networks.<\/p>\n

Isoplus thus supports the decarbonisation of the local and district heating supply. According to Viesmann, Isoplus is also helping to implement adjustments to the energy infrastructure in order to achieve the European climate targets.<\/p>\n
