In future, business customers will be able to purchase the entire range without having to set up individual marketplace partners as suppliers. Conrad will act as the contractual partner and billing party for all orders.<\/p>\n<p>According to the company, this applies to orders placed via the online shop as well as via an e-procurement connection to the Conrad Sourcing Platform.<\/p>\n<h3>Fewer administrative steps in purchasing<\/h3>\n<p>Previously, marketplace partners had to be created, checked and approved separately for billing purposes. This caused additional effort in master data, compliance and creditor approvals.<\/p>\n<p>With the new \u201eall on one invoice\u201c model, this step is eliminated. According to the press release, Conrad will in future issue all invoices centrally and also handle order and payment queries.<\/p>\n<h3>Goal: reduce process costs and maintain quality<\/h3>\n<p>With this consolidation, Conrad aims to reduce administrative effort and process costs in purchasing. According to the BME Benchmark 2025 cited by Conrad, a single indirect procurement order costs an average of 121.75 euros for the transaction alone.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ralf B\u00fchler, CEO of Conrad Electronic, central processing is intended to save time and resources.
