Initialement, des processus d'impression classiques \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9s, ce qui n'\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9 aux nouvelles technologies telles que la personnalisation, l'automatisation et le multicanal. De plus, les tarifs horaires et les qualifications diff\u00e9rents des agences et des prestataires impliqu\u00e9s entra\u00eenaient des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des d\u00e9lais d'ex\u00e9cution longs.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif \u00e9tait de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts par mise en page, d'augmenter la productivit\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9er un flux de travail efficace et semi-automatis\u00e9.
