C'est ce qu'a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 le conglom\u00e9rat familial. <\/p>\n<p>Selon l'entreprise, elle a poursuivi l'an dernier ses efforts dans un contexte macro\u00e9conomique difficile. <strong>Transformation<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente. <\/p>\n<p>En 2023, Haniel a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 augmenter son chiffre d'affaires de 5 % par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pour atteindre environ 4,4 milliards d'euros. Dans son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, le groupe mentionne qu'il reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 de ses propres attentes en termes de performance op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation, qui s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 270 millions d'euros en 2023, est inf\u00e9rieur de 13 % \u00e0 celui de 2022. Haniel explique cette \u00e9volution par la baisse des contributions au r\u00e9sultat des entreprises du portefeuille Emma et TAKKT par rapport \u00e0 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 2024, Haniel s'attend \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de la croissance organique dans toutes les entreprises de portefeuille.
