Augmentation du chiffre d'affaires et baisse de l'EBIT<\/h2>\n

Technique de Lufthansa<\/a>, filiale de la Groupe Lufthansa<\/a>, r\u00e9alise au premier trimestre 2024 un B\u00e9n\u00e9fice<\/strong> d'un montant \u00e0 trois chiffres en millions. En 2023, l'entreprise avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint un tel montant, devenant ainsi le leader mondial dans le domaine de l'\u00e9ducation. Entretien, r\u00e9paration et r\u00e9vision d'avions<\/em> (MRO).<\/p>\n

Le Dr William Willms, directeur financier de Lufthansa Technik, souligne : \u201eNous sommes bien s\u00fbr ravis d'avoir \u00e0 nouveau gagn\u00e9 plus de 100 millions d'euros au premier trimestre 2024. Mais en fin de compte, il faut noter que notre EBIT ajust\u00e9 a baiss\u00e9 de 14 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, malgr\u00e9 une croissance consid\u00e9rable du chiffre d'affaires\u201c.\u201c<\/p>\n

L'objectif est d'atteindre le niveau de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour l'ensemble de l'ann\u00e9e. <\/p>\n

EBIT plus faible en raison des gr\u00e8ves en Allemagne<\/h3>\n

Selon les informations fournies, les r\u00e9sultats sont toutefois l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieurs aux pr\u00e9visions, avec un EBIT de 116 millions d'euros. L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, l'EBIT \u00e9tait de 135 millions d'euros. Cela s'explique notamment par les gr\u00e8ves de ces derniers mois en Allemagne, qui ont \u00e9galement touch\u00e9 le trafic a\u00e9rien. A cela s'ajoutent des goulots d'\u00e9tranglement au niveau du mat\u00e9riel et des augmentations de co\u00fbts disproportionn\u00e9es. <\/p>\n

Au premier trimestre, le chiffre d'affaires s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 1,8 milliard d'euros, soit 15% de plus que l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.
\nLa marge EBIT est de 6,6 pour cent, alors que l'objectif \u00e9tait de 10 pour cent. En 2023, elle \u00e9tait de 8,8 pour cent. <\/p>\n

2.000 nouveaux collaborateurs par an<\/h3>\n

Lufthansa Technik indique avoir sign\u00e9 plus de 1.000 nouveaux contrats l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 8 milliards d'euros avec de nouvelles affaires. Selon les donn\u00e9es, 174 contrats ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s au premier trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e en cours.<\/p>\n

Le nombre d'employ\u00e9s augmente \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re constante. Fin mars 2024, 23.000 personnes travaillaient chez Lufthansa Technik. En l'espace d'un an, l'entreprise a pu embaucher 2.000 nouveaux collaborateurs. C'est un signe de l'attractivit\u00e9 de l'entreprise. En 2024, le nombre de collaborateurs devrait \u00e9galement conna\u00eetre une croissance \u00e0 quatre chiffres. L'augmentation des frais de personnel est cependant un sujet important, en particulier en Allemagne. <\/p>\n
