Selon lui, cet accord constitue une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape importante qui assure la stabilit\u00e9 de Varta AG et ouvre la voie \u00e0 un nouveau d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<h3>Reprise de V4Drive Battery GmbH<\/h3>\n<p>Comme il ressort d'un communiqu\u00e9 de presse de Porsche, le constructeur de voitures de sport a l'intention non seulement de prendre une participation dans Varta AG, mais aussi d'acqu\u00e9rir la majorit\u00e9 des parts de V4Drive Battery GmbH. Selon Porsche, Varta regroupe dans cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux cellules rondes lithium-ion de grand format. Celles-ci sont utilis\u00e9es dans le syst\u00e8me de propulsion hybride de la Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, \u00e9crit le constructeur automobile de Stuttgart.<\/p>\n<p>Selon son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, Porsche construit actuellement \u00e0 N\u00f6rdlingen une usine de production pour les cellules dites \"booster\". Cette usine doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 V4Drive Battery GmbH en tant qu'apport en nature.
