Le plus grand groupe alimentaire mondial a annonc\u00e9 jeudi que l'actuel Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mark Schneider, allait quitter l'entreprise. <\/p>\n<p>Dans la foul\u00e9e, le conseil d'administration de Nestl\u00e9 a nomm\u00e9 Laurent Freixe au poste de Chief Executive Officer \u00e0 compter du 1er septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de presse, Schneider remettra \u00e9galement son poste de membre du Conseil d'administration \u00e0 disposition. Ainsi, en plus de sa nomination actuelle en tant qu'Administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de Nestl\u00e9 S.A., Laurent Freixe sera \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9lection au Conseil d'administration lors de l'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire de 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Huit ans d'\u00e8re Schneider<\/h3>\n<p>Dans son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, le groupe indique qu'au cours de ses huit ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es chez Nestl\u00e9, Mark Schneider a align\u00e9 le portefeuille sur la strat\u00e9gie de l'entreprise. Selon l'entreprise, il s'est concentr\u00e9 sur les cat\u00e9gories \u00e0 forte croissance comme le caf\u00e9, les produits pour animaux de compagnie et les produits de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Bulcke, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d'administration de Nestl\u00e9, a notamment d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 propos de la performance de Schneider : \u201eMark a contribu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante aux grands progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre de nos efforts de durabilit\u00e9. Nous lui souhaitons le meilleur pour son avenir professionnel et personnel\u201c.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Un nouveau CEO avec une longue exp\u00e9rience de Nestl\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 Mark Schneider, Laurent Freixe a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Nestl\u00e9. Il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler pour le groupe alimentaire suisse en France en 1986. Il a ensuite occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes chez Nestl\u00e9, dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs d'activit\u00e9, march\u00e9s et r\u00e9gions. En 2022, Freixe est devenu CEO de la r\u00e9gion Am\u00e9rique latine. Il est \u00e9galement membre de la direction du groupe depuis 16 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Au sujet de Freixe, Paul Bulcke s'est exprim\u00e9 comme suit : \u201eLe Conseil d'administration est heureux d'annoncer la nomination de Laurent au poste de CEO.
