Ainsi, les anciens t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables d\u00e9pourvus de normes plus r\u00e9centes telles que la 4G et la 5G ne seront plus utilisables. <\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9teignant ce r\u00e9seau obsol\u00e8te, Deutsche Telekom veut utiliser les fr\u00e9quences lib\u00e9r\u00e9es dans la bande des 900 MHz pour les r\u00e9seaux 4G et 5G afin de <strong>Couverture r\u00e9seau <\/strong>notamment dans les zones rurales. Cela permettra ensuite d'y <em>transfert de donn\u00e9es plus rapide<\/em> possible, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent seule la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie via 2G \u00e9tait possible.<\/p>\n<p>Les clients Telekom n'ont pas besoin d'un nouveau t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable si leur appareil est d\u00e9j\u00e0 compatible avec la 4G ou la 5G. Seuls les anciens mod\u00e8les ne disposant pas de ces normes ne fonctionneront plus \u00e0 partir de 2028 et devront \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<h3>Des plans diff\u00e9rents selon les op\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9seau<\/h3>\n<p>D'autres op\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9seau allemands, tels que Vodafone et Telef\u00f3nica O2, ont, selon les informations fournies, des plans diff\u00e9rents. Vodafone a l'intention de d\u00e9manteler progressivement son r\u00e9seau 2G d'ici fin 2030, tandis que Telef\u00f3nica O2 ne pr\u00e9voit actuellement aucune fermeture. <\/p>\n<h3>Autres appareils concern\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>L'arr\u00eat du r\u00e9seau GSM concerne non seulement la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, mais aussi de nombreux services IoT (Internet of Things), comme les compteurs \u00e9lectriques connect\u00e9s et les syst\u00e8mes d'alarme, qui reposent actuellement encore sur la 2G. <\/p>\n<p>Afin de garantir le fonctionnement de ces appareils, Deutsche Telekom recommande aux fournisseurs et aux utilisateurs de planifier d\u00e8s maintenant le remplacement des modules radio obsol\u00e8tes.
