Le groupe d'assurance HUK-Coburg, particuli\u00e8rement connu pour ses assurances automobiles, reprend la Majorit\u00e9<\/em> \u00e0 la cha\u00eene de garages Pitstop.<\/p>\n

Pour cela, la filiale du groupe HUK-Coburg Mobilit\u00e4tsholding GmbH augmente sa participation dans Pitstop.de GmbH, qui existe depuis 2022, de 25,1 pour cent \u00e0 84,9 pour cent. Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de presse de HUK-Coburg, Bridgestone Europe NV\/AS continuera \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir une part minoritaire de 15,1 pour cent dans Pitstop.<\/p>\n

L'ancien propri\u00e9taire majoritaire Stefan Kulas quitte le cercle des associ\u00e9s, mais reste membre de la direction. <\/p>\n

HUK-Coburg indique que la date de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la transaction, qui est encore soumise \u00e0 l'approbation des autorit\u00e9s de la concurrence, est le 2 janvier 2025.<\/p>\n
