De m\u00eame, le groupe technologique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les <strong>Construction de machines et d'installations<\/strong> dans son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, des perspectives positives pour 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Selon ses propres informations, GEA a d\u00e9j\u00e0 relev\u00e9 deux fois ses pr\u00e9visions de marge EBITDA avant frais de restructuration en 2024. Avant cela, l'entreprise avait atteint les objectifs financiers de sa strat\u00e9gie Mission 26 fix\u00e9s pour 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Un environnement \u00e9conomique difficile<\/h3>\n<p>En 2024, selon son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, GEA a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 augmenter \u00e0 la fois ses commandes et son chiffre d'affaires malgr\u00e9 un environnement difficile. <\/p>\n<p>Les entr\u00e9es de commandes ont augment\u00e9 de 1,5 pour cent par rapport \u00e0 2023, pour atteindre environ 5,553 milliards d'euros. Le chiffre d'affaires a augment\u00e9 de 0,9 pour cent, passant de 5,373 milliards d'euros en 2023 \u00e0 5,422 milliards d'euros en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>GEA fait \u00e9galement \u00e9tat d'une am\u00e9lioration de l'EBITDA avant frais de restructuration et du rendement du capital investi.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, GEA 2024 a augment\u00e9 son EBITDA avant frais de restructuration de 8,1 pour cent \u00e0 837 millions d'euros. La marge correspondante a pu \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de 14,4 pour cent \u00e0 15,4 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>Le rendement du capital investi (ROCE) a augment\u00e9 pour atteindre 33,8 pour cent (2023 : 32,7 pour cent).<\/p>\n<h3>Une transformation r\u00e9ussie<\/h3>\n<p>Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de presse, GEA versera une prime sp\u00e9ciale \u00e0 tous ses employ\u00e9s. Cette prime est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser la contribution des employ\u00e9s au succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e2024 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e forte pour GEA\u201c, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le CEO Stefan Klebert. \u201eNous avons \u00e0 nouveau grandi tout en devenant encore plus rentables. Selon ses indications, l'entreprise s'attend \u00e0 une croissance organique du chiffre d'affaires comprise entre 1,0 et 4,0 pour cent.
