Ce projet fait partie du nouveau \u201e Defence Hub Nordhessen \u201c, dans lequel le Land de Hesse et Rheinmetall investissent un montant de plusieurs dizaines de millions de dollars pour d\u00e9velopper la r\u00e9gion en tant que centre de technologie militaire moderne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Principales faits cl\u00e9s : Centre logistique Panattoni et Rheinmetall :<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partenaires du projet : Panattoni Germany et Rheinmetall Immobilien GmbH<\/li>\n<li>Localisation : ancien a\u00e9roport de Kassel-Calden (\u201e Defence Hub Nordhessen \u201c)<\/li>\n<li>Surface : Environ 38 000 m\u00b2 de surface utile totale (environ 31 100 m\u00b2 pour le centre logistique, environ 6 900 m\u00b2 pour le centre de formation)<\/li>\n<li>Emplois : jusqu'\u00e0 200 nouveaux emplois \u00e0 terme<\/li>\n<li>Calendrier : D\u00e9marrage des travaux le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2026, fin pr\u00e9vue le 30 juin 2027 (environ 7 mois de travaux)<\/li>\n<li>Fonction : Boutons de fixation de mat\u00e9riaux et de transport ainsi qu'un lieu de formation pour travailler sur les composants techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00c9largissement strat\u00e9gique sur le site du Nordhessen<\/h2>\n<p>Comme l\u2019entreprise l\u2019indique, un grand centre de logistique et de formation est en cours de construction sur le site de l\u2019ancien a\u00e9roport de Kassel-Calden. Ce projet est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des projets d\u2019infrastructures les plus importants de Panattoni en Allemagne. Selon les informations de l\u2019entreprise, le complexe s\u2019\u00e9tend sur une superficie totale d\u2019environ 38 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s : environ 31 100 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s sont d\u00e9di\u00e9s au point de logistique pour le stockage et le transbordement, tandis que 6 900 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires sont utilis\u00e9s pour les formations et la r\u00e9alisation des composants techniques. Selon Rheinmetall, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200 postes de travail devraient \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avenir sur ce nouveau site. Les \u00e9volutions actuelles indiquent que le d\u00e9but des travaux est pr\u00e9vu pour d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre 2026, avec une fin pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2027.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9fficacit\u00e9 et normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es au centre des pr\u00e9occupations<\/h3>\n<p>Le promoteur du projet, Panattoni, souligne que le secteur de la d\u00e9fense impose des exigences particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de rapidit\u00e9, de pr\u00e9cision et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Un point central est la collaboration \u00e9troite avec les autorit\u00e9s et les partenaires locaux afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer consid\u00e9rablement les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019autorisation. Selon Rheinmetall, Panattoni est un partenaire qui comprend ses propres objectifs et agit de mani\u00e8re orient\u00e9e vers la solution.
