Düsseldorf/Paris, November 19, 2025

The EPSA Group, European specialist in the operational, financial and environmental performance of organizations, announces the renewal of its EcoVadis Platinum Medal for the second consecutive year. This rating places EPSA in the top one percent of companies in its sector in terms of CSR. The award underlines the EPSA Group's solid and consistent impact strategy and reaffirms its commitment to a sustainable growth model that responds to current environmental and geopolitical challenges.

International recognition of EcoVadis

This award is given by EcoVadis, the world's leading reference for assessing corporate sustainability, and is based on four pillars: environment, social & human rights, ethics and responsible sourcing. With an overall score of 87/100, EPSA confirms the solidity of its commitments, which were already initiated in 2019 and are now integrated into the Group's global performance model.

"This recognition crowns the transformation that our teams have been driving for several years to combine economic performance, positive environmental impact and social progress. It is a real collective pride that, even in a period of strong growth and despite the current headwinds, we are not letting up in our ambitions on such fundamental issues," explains Godefroy de Colombe, CEO of EPSA.

Consistent CSR strategy of an expanding group

EPSA has been pursuing an ambitious, clearly structured CSR strategy for five years. It is based on the "EPSA for Good" program and a climate strategy developed according to the ACT-Pas-à-Pas methodology of the ADEME (French Environment and Energy Agency). The aim: to provide the entire EPSA community with a common basis for sustainability to accompany the growth and integration of new units.

"This success is based on a dedicated internal CSR team, supported by our Sustainability Business Line, which specializes in sustainable measures. Added to this are passionate teams who are proud to combine performance with impact, equality and well-being in the workplace. Our Great Place to Work label is a testament to our success in doing so," says Cédric Laroyenne, Director of Engagement at EPSA.

A success story: Great Place to Work, ISO 27001 and EcoVadis Platinum

The renewed award is part of a success story: ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security, Great Place to Work label for France and now the EcoVadis platinum medal two years in a row.

For the period 2025-2026, these labels are a seal of trust for our customers, partners and employees and testify to a corporate culture based on transparency, responsibility and sustainable performance.
