Digital transformation in port operations
TOC Europe (Terminal Operations Conference) is one of the leading trade fairs and conferences for port and terminal operators and the logistics industry. It will take place from June 11 to 13, 2024 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Continental announces that it will focus on the digital transformation of port operations and present tire and digital technologies at the TOC. The company's vision is: "Smart Port - Better Flow".

Three solutions for sustainability and efficiency
According to the information provided, Continental will be presenting a portfolio of digital solutions for various applications for the first time. These are unique for the port segment.
The product range includes V.ply, radial and solid rubber tires, designed for the demanding environment of a port terminal.
A solution called ContiConnect is a fleet management platform for large fleets in port operations. A smaller, free version for mobile devices, ContiConnect Lite, has also been developed.
The new entry-level solution will also be presented. This is a valve cap sensor that can monitor tire pressure directly at the valve.
