Online retailer invests 150 million euros
The Dutch online retailer Coolblue, which specializes in consumer electronics, recently announced accelerated growth in Germany.
According to its press release, the company, which also operates bricks-and-mortar stores, will open 36 stores and nine delivery depots in Germany. This is to take place over the next few years.
According to the company, it is also working intensively to increase its brand awareness in Germany.
According to a press release, Coolblue will invest more than 150 million euros over the next few years as part of these projects.
High customer satisfaction
Specifically, Coolblue plans to open two stores in Dortmund and Frankfurt by the end of the year. In addition, a further delivery depot is to be set up in Hamm in the fourth quarter.
Pieter Zwart, founder of Coolblue, explains: "We are very much looking forward to giving our customers in Germany even more pleasure. We can already see that our Coolblue customers in Germany have the highest customer satisfaction and also return to us most often. This means that Germany is already the country with the fastest growth for Coolblue."
