According to Voith, Dirk Hoke now has 30 years of professional experience. During this time, he has worked in management positions in the aviation, automotive and technology industries. According to Voith, Hoke placed a strong focus on digitalization.

Dirk Hoke is currently CEO of Volocopter GmbH. According to Voith's press release, Hoke is also a member of the German Chancellor's Council for the Future. According to the technology group, this council deals with the innovative strength of Germany as a business location.
