Our customer Berbel Ablufttechnik GmbH from the industrial and kitchen appliance sector was faced with significant price increases due to higher material and labor costs. At the same time, the challenge was to avoid rising procurement costs while still ensuring the highest technological and quality requirements.
The aim of the project was to establish a technologically suitable alternative supplier, reduce dependency on the previous supplier and ensure the highest quality requirements.
