Our customer from the CEP and logistics sector was faced with the challenge of optimizing freight costs - despite significant capacity bottlenecks and rising prices on the CEP market. At the same time, there was a lack of transparency regarding data, requirements and existing services, which made targeted cost control difficult.
The aim of the project was to sustainably reduce costs, examine various optimization approaches such as re-seller/parent accounts or tenders, and scrutinize service requirements. In addition, modern solutions such as tracking & tracing and dashboard tools were to be implemented in order to ensure transparency and controllability in the long term.
