Our customer Segafredo, active in the consumer goods and catering industry, was faced with the challenge of optimizing its fleet holistically and making both costs and processes more efficient.
The vehicle fleet was used both for sales and for employee incentives. There was only a minimal car policy, no framework agreements, no manufacturer discounts and no flexible contracts.
The aim was to review leasing conditions, set benchmarks, carry out a comprehensive cost analysis and optimize the car policy. In addition, key account agreements and framework agreements with manufacturers were introduced and insurance conditions were reviewed in order to ensure sustainable optimization of the vehicle fleet.
