Conditions of participation at a glance

Booking

Bookings are made in the order in which registrations are received. If the seminar is already fully booked or cannot take place as announced for other reasons, you will be informed immediately in writing.

Number of participants

The number of participants in the seminars is limited to a minimum of 5 and
a maximum of 10.

Participant fee

The participation fee plus VAT is due upon receipt of the invoice, but no later than 5 days before the start of the event. The participation fee includes Seminar documents, lunch, coffee/tea and refreshments.

Cancellation of seminars

Kloepfel Consulting is entitled to cancel the event for good cause - in particular if the trainer falls ill or the number of participants is too low - in return for a full refund of any fees already paid.

Hotel bookings

Please make your own room reservation.
Participants are responsible for canceling or changing bookings.
