You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. What's in store for you?

  • Conception, planning and follow-up of all external events (virtual and face-to-face) for our customers and cooperation partners
  • Expansion of our customer base through proactive approach
  • Content and organizational coordination with the departments involved
  • Coordination and management of external service providers and cooperation partners (e.g. agencies, suppliers, promoters)
  • Planning and implementation of internal events and employee events
  • Internal and external communication via various channels
  • Organization of our trade fair presence
  • Planning, negotiation, booking and control of marketing costs
  • Implementation of special projects

What should you bring with you?

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, event management, marketing or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the event sector
  • Experience in internal sales
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Sound knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as WordPress and CRM
  • Confident behavior, even in stressful situations
  • Reliability, initiative and motivation are just as important to you as team spirit and a friendly, winning demeanor
  • Hands-on mentality
  • A good dose of humor
