What's in store for you?

  • Identify and exploit potential savings
  • Planning and implementation of tenders
  • Carrying out market and supplier research
  • Preparation of tender documents and coordination of the tendering process
  • Support with documentation and data maintenance from supplier feedback and discussions
  • Implementation of regular reporting
  • Telephone contact with existing and alternative suppliers
  • Obtaining offers, negotiating offers and subsequent evaluation
  • Support in general tasks in various areas of tender management

What should you bring with you?

  • First professional experience in procurement, tendering, supplier management or a related field
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a high service mentality
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proactivity, structure and a sense of responsibility with a hands-on mentality
