What's in store for you?

  • Analysis and evaluation of purchasing and procurement data to identify optimization potentials
  • Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to visualize key purchasing figures
  • Providing a data-driven basis for decisions on projects
  • Support for decisions based on purchasing data
  • Collaboration with consultants and clients to collect and specify data requirements
  • Carrying out market and competition analyses to support purchasing strategies
  • Support in the development of new analyses

What should you bring with you?

  • Completed studies in a relevant field (preferably business informatics or business administration, statistics, mathematics or comparable)
  • First professional experience in the field of data analysis, ideally in the purchasing or consulting industry (e.g. through working student activities or internships) required
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Initial knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages desirable
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of numbers and data
  • Ability to transform complex data into understandable and meaningful dashboards
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Solution-oriented and independent work
