You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. ABOUT THE JOB

Human Resources Manager (f/m/d)

  • Expansion of our interim recruiting area
  • Establishing and developing new customer relationships
  • Establishment and expansion of a network of interim managers under your supervision, including conducting interviews by telephone or in person
  • Contract negotiations with both candidates and companies
  • Sustainable support for customers and companies even after successful placement
  • Participation in events and external representation of the company
  • Internal project controlling and reporting (to the management)

What should you bring with you?

  • Completed studies or completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Sound knowledge of Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm paired with a willingness to perform
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • A good dose of humor
