ABOUT THE JOB

Sales Manager ESG-Consulting ekodev (m/f/d)

What's in store for you?

  • Identification and acquisition of new customers in the upper midmarket (focus: companies with >EUR 50 million turnover from Germany)
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with relevant intermediaries (e.g. private equity companies, banks, ESG service providers, software companies, energy consultants)
  • Independent development and implementation of sales campaigns via various channels (telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Cold calling to arrange qualified initial meetings for the ekodev consultants.
  • Active customer acquisition at relevant ESG trade fairs and industry events
  • Close cooperation with the ekodev team to qualify customer and deadline requirements
  • Maintenance of the CRM database and reporting of own sales activities

What should you bring with you?

  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in management consulting or comparable professional B2B services (e.g. ESG or compliance software or services)
  • Proven success in cold calling and dealing with decision makers (C-level, ESG managers, commercial managers, CFOs)
  • Ideally an existing and relevant B2B network
  • "Hunter" mentality and high self-motivation
  • Business fluent German (mother tongue) and good English skills
  • Affinity for sustainability issues, interest in ESG regulation and willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject matter
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools
  • Structured and independent way of working
