We are looking for a Sales Manager for our consulting services in the field of logistics with a focus on freight cost optimization (m/f/d). You should be hands-on oriented, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. Sales Manager Logistics / Freight Cost Optimization (f/m/d)

  • Sale of consulting services in the field of logistics with a focus on freight cost optimization
  •  Acquisition of new customers, expansion and maintenance of the customer network
  • Establishing and expanding strategic cooperations with business partners and multipliers for logistics consulting
  • Development of the strategic orientation of logistics sales
  • Initiation, further development and expansion of logistics sales activities
  • Representation of the company and presentation of consulting services to customers and sales partners
  • Preparation of individual offers and contracts
  • Development and creation of sales reports
  • Close cooperation with the management / senior partners

What should you bring with you?

  • Completed studies in business and/or logistics or comparable training combined with sound professional experience in sales in the logistics industry
  • Sales or business development experience in consulting services and proven successes
  • Very good network with industrial and commercial companies
  • Very good feel for customer needs
  • Confident presentation skills, convincing personality paired with a strong service mentality and high customer orientation
  • Communication and teamwork skills as well as action and implementation orientation
  • Knowledge in the maintenance of CRM systems and software-supported analysis of data
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Emphatic personality with hands-on mentality
  • A good dose of humor
