You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. ABOUT THE JOB

Senior Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

What's in store for you?

  • Establishing and expanding strategic collaborations with business partners and multipliers
  • Active and committed acquisition of new customers for our "Consulting" division
  • Establishment of sales partnerships (e.g. banks, tax consultants, accountants as referrers) as well as support, management and further development of these partnerships
  • Establishment of a comprehensive network of business partners and multipliers
  • Support for several key account customers and network partners
  • Continuous relationship management in multiplier sales
  • Initiation of sales activities of all kinds; in particular also in support of our marketing department and the management
  • Strategy development and preparation of standardized marketing documents for the group of companies
  • Representation of the company and presentation of consulting services to customers and sales partners (by telephone and in person)
  • Preparation of consulting offers and negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Independent appointment scheduling and coordination
  • New customer acquisition / direct company approach
  • Reporting on activities and deriving suitable sales measures

What should you bring with you?

  • Completed university degree in economics (specialized) or a comparable education
    comparable training combined with sound professional experience in sales in a service sector
  • Sales or business development experience, ideally in a service/banking environment
  • Very good feel for customer needs
  • Confident negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B business
  • A convincing personality paired with a strong service mentality and high customer orientation
  • Communication and teamwork skills as well as action and implementation orientation
  • Goal-oriented, structured and action- and implementation-oriented work
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High willingness to travel
  • Emphatic personality with hands-on mentality
  • A good dose of humor
