Senior Manager (m/f/d) Mechanical Engineering

  • Responsibility for our important focus sector of mechanical and plant engineering
  • Parallel management of numerous projects in the industrial environment (mechanical/plant engineering)
  • Personnel management and employee responsibility as well as rapid expansion of the workforce in your business area
  • Project management, project planning and monitoring of target achievement
  • Project-related reporting externally to the customer and internally to the management
  • Identification and documentation of weak points and development of solutions
  • Responsibility for results internally and externally
  • Further development of consulting approaches in coordination with the management
  • Active acquisition of new customer projects, development and expansion of the network of intermediaries and reactivation of existing contacts in our company

What should you bring with you?

  • At least five years of professional experience in strategy or process consulting in a similar position and excellent knowledge of project management
  • Extensive knowledge of (strategic) purchasing, procurement and mechanical and plant engineering
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Very good sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent German and good English skills as well as very good written and spoken communication skills
