You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. Working Student Recruiting (f/m/d)

What's in store for you?

  • Supporting the recruiting team in day-to-day business and administrative activities
  • Identification and direct approach of suitable candidates via Xing and LinkedIn
  • Telephone, personal and e-mail contact with applicants
  • Expansion of the candidate network
  • Maintenance and management of application documents and applicant data in our database
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up, as well as organization of applicant days, career days, university marketing measures

What should you bring with you?

  • Currently enrolled student in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences or a similar field of study
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
  • Self-organization, commitment, sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, confident demeanor
  • Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • First experience in direct approach or in the recruiting environment
  • First experience with working in Personio desirable
  • An independent way of working, accuracy and internet affinity
