Group sales increased by 9 percent

Revenue in 2023 was therefore increased by 9 percent compared to the previous year. „This is essentially organic growth, primarily driven by a strongly growing facility management business in Germany, Italy, and Luxembourg in 2023,“ explained Wolf-Dieter Adlhoch, Chairman of the Management Board of the Dussmann Group.
The EBITDA margin fell to 4.4 percent in 2023, lower than in 2022, when a margin of 6.1 percent was achieved.
Adloch said: „In the 2023 financial year, we achieved a solid result in a challenging economic environment.“
New corporate strategy
In addition to the business figures, the Berlin-based family company also reported on a new group strategy. According to this, after the „Next Level“ strategy established five years ago, there is now the „Road to 2023“ strategy. This is intended to guide the company's path for the next five years.
