Training Participation Terms and Conditions at a Glance

Booking

Bookings will be taken in order of registration. If the seminar is already fully booked or cannot take place as announced for other reasons, you will be informed in writing without delay. 

Number of participants

The number of participants for the seminars is a minimum of 5 and
limited to 10 people maximum.

Participation fee

The participation fee plus VAT is due upon receipt of the invoice, but no later than 5 days before the start of the event. The participation fee includes: seminar materials, lunch, coffee/tea, and soft drinks.

Cancellation of Seminars

Kloepfel Consulting is entitled to cancel the event for good cause – in particular due to the trainer's illness or an insufficient number of participants – with full reimbursement of any fees already paid.

Please make a room reservation yourself.
For cancellations or rebookings, the participant is responsible.
