New brand image with a focus on future technologies
Continental will be presenting its automotive business under the new brand name Aumovio for the first time at the upcoming IAA Mobility 2025. The long-established Hanover-based company published a press release on this last Thursday.
According to Continental, it has bundled its automotive expertise in the independent technology company Aumovio.
The IAA Mobility will take place in Munich from September 9 to 12. According to the press release, the Aumovio stand in Hall B1 (Booth B01) will focus on four topics: "safe", "inspiring", "connected" and "autonomous". According to the announcement, sustainable braking technologies for electric vehicles, a scalable system consisting of hardware and software for assisted and automated driving and an AI-supported night vision camera will be on display.
"The 'IAA Mobility 2025' is the ideal platform to present AUMOVIO to the automotive world, with particularly exciting products and extraordinary innovations," explains Philipp von Hirschheydt, CEO of Aumovio.
Hirschheydt continues: "We have pooled our proven expertise in a company focused on key technologies. Together with our customers, we can shape the mobility of tomorrow even more precisely and create value."
