About the position

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What lies ahead for you?

  • Acquisition of medium-sized clients for our „Consulting“ division, partly through networking, partly through direct approach / cold acquisition
  • Acquisition, development and deepening of customer relationships
  • Introducing our services by phone and, where applicable, on-site.
  • Management and care of established relationships with clients and network partners
  • Participation in seminars and presentations
  • Preparation and participation in external and internal (strategy) meetings
  • Reporting to Sales Management

What should you bring?

  • Completed degree in economics (or equivalent) or a
    comparable training combined with professional experience in the service sector
  • Sales or Business Development experience, ideally in the service sector
  • A good feel for customer needs
  • Confident Negotiation and Presentation Skills
  • Experience in B2B business
  • A convincing personality combined with a high service mentality and strong customer focus
  • Communication and teamwork skills, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Language skills: fluent German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Secure user knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High willingness to travel
  • Empathetic personality with a hands-on mentality
  • A good portion of humour
