Rental space in Frankfurt for around 1,500 employees

Nestlé Germany is relocating within Frankfurt am Main. The food group recently celebrated the opening of its new German headquarters in Frankfurt city centre.

Nestlé's German headquarters were previously located in Frankfurt's Niederrad district. Now it is much more centrally located - in the railway station district. This neighbourhood does not currently have a good reputation. But according to its press release, Nestlé assures that it is actively committed to Frankfurt and the neighbourhood.

Around 1,500 employees will work at the new site. However, not all of them will probably meet there every day. According to media reports, the company is expecting a home office ratio of 50 per cent.

Flexibility, dialogue, openness, transparency

The new site has a rental area of 19,000 square metres. According to Nestlé, there are various work areas there. With these, the company is setting new standards for modern working.

The design of the Nestlé headquarters is intended to create a flexible and inspiring working environment. According to the company, the architecture and the working concept stand for flexibility, dialogue, openness and transparency.

Alexander von Maillot, CEO of Nestlé Germany, explains: „We are delighted about our new home and the new collaboration here in the lively centre of the city. As a new neighbour, we want to play an active role and work together to create a liveable, clean and safe station district. Our roots and our future lie in Frankfurt, where our company founder Heinrich Nestlé was born.“
