Our client from the CEP and logistics sector faced the challenge of optimising freight costs – despite significant capacity bottlenecks and rising prices in the CEP market. At the same time, there was a lack of transparency regarding data, requirements, and existing services, which made targeted cost control difficult.
The project's objective was to sustainably reduce costs, examine various optimisation approaches such as reseller/parent accounts or tenders, and question service necessities. Furthermore, modern solutions like tracking & tracing and dashboard tools were to be implemented to ensure lasting transparency and controllability.
