Terms and conditions at a glance

Booking

The booking is made in the Order of registrations. If the seminar is already fully booked or cannot take place as announced for other reasons, You will be informed in writing immediately. 

Number of participants

The number of participants for the seminars is limited to at least 5 and
a maximum of 10 people limited.

Participation fee

The participation fee plus VAT is upon receipt of the invoice, at the latest 5 days before the event begins, due. The participation fee includes: seminar materials, lunch, coffee/tea, and refreshments.

Cancellation of Seminars

Kloepfel Consulting is entitled, the event for an important reason – particularly in the event of the trainer falling ill or too few participants – to cancel against full reimbursement of fees already paid.
