Our client Berbel Ablufttechnik GmbH, from the industrial and kitchen appliance sector, was faced with significant price increases due to rising material and labour costs. At the same time, the challenge was to avoid increasing procurement costs while still ensuring the highest technological and quality requirements.
The aim of the project was to establish a technologically suitable alternative supplier, reduce dependence on the previous supplier, and ensure the highest quality requirements.
