Our client from the food industry was facing a new contract with a Cloud Solution Provider. The previous partner announced a price increase of 11% , while at the same time the service quality, particularly in consulting, no longer met the requirements. Additionally, Microsoft planned a change in the licensing model, whereby Teams would henceforth be licensed separately.
The aim was to avoid additional costs, find a new, capable partner, and reduce overall Microsoft costs. Despite the originally announced price increase, we were able to achieve a total cost saving of 12%.
