Our client from the food industry was about to sign a new contract with a cloud solution provider. The previous partner announced a price increase of 11%, while at the same time the service quality, especially in consulting, no longer met the requirements. Microsoft was also planning a change to the licensing model, which would mean that Teams would be licensed separately in future.
The aim was to avoid the additional costs, find a new efficient partner and reduce Microsoft costs overall. Despite the originally announced price increase, we were able to achieve a total cost saving of 12%.
